Cidamon Redesigns Villa Chapel // May 3, 07:31 PM
The chapel had been unused for a decade and the 80 year old roof was leaking. Unable to envision or fund an adaptive reuse, the owners planned to demolish the chapel to provide additional on-site parking for residents and guests.
Thanks to efforts of Lisa Austin, Tom Furhman, Sue Moyer, and caring community, the elegant building still stands. I, with the rest of Cidamon, am thrilled we could contribute in our own way.
